Anyone can roll paint on a wall. What separates a job that holds for a decade from one that fails in a season happens before the first coat goes on. These three steps happen on every job, in this order.
Wash, scrape, patch, prime
Surfaces get cleaned and sound before anything else. Bare spots are primed, holes and cracks are filled, and failing paint comes off rather than getting painted over.
Mask it like it is our house
Floors covered, fixtures papered, tape lines run properly. The photos below are ours, and they are the ones most painters would never bother to take.
Two coats, then we walk it with you
Full coats, not a stretched single pass. At the end we walk the job with you and fix the list before we pack up, not after you call.

Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors and stairwells. Furniture covered, floors papered, edges cut clean. We leave the room ready to live in, not ready for another contractor.
Exterior painting
Stucco, siding, trim, fascia, eaves and garage doors. Wash first, scrape and prime the bare spots, then two coats. Skipping the prep is why the last one failed.
Cabinets and built-ins
Degrease, sand, bonding primer, sprayed finish. It is the cheapest way to make a kitchen look new, and the easiest one to do badly.
Wood staining and refinishing
Decks, fences, pergolas, front doors and interior trim. Washed and brightened first, then stained in the transparency you actually want.
Floor coatings
Garage, warehouse and shop floors. Ground, patched and coated in the right order so it bonds instead of peeling up in a month.
Commercial and multi unit
Offices, units and turnovers. We work around your schedule, including nights and weekends, and you get one number to call.

Our own painters. We do not hand your job to a rotating sub crew, and the person who prices the work is the person running it on site. You will know who is coming before they arrive.
Yes, and it is a real estimate, not a sales appointment. We come out, measure, talk through what you want, and give you a written price. If you want to think about it, think about it. Nobody is going to sit at your kitchen table waiting for a signature.
It depends on the surface, the size and how much prep it needs, which is why we price every job on site and put the number in writing. A single room, a full exterior and a set of cabinets are three very different jobs. You get a real price for yours, not a range that moves later, and the estimate is free.
The prep decides that more than the painting does. When we measure the job we give you a start date and a finish date in writing, and if anything moves you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
No. We move what needs moving, cover what stays, and put it back. Floors get covered before anything gets opened. If something is fragile or valuable, point it out on the walkthrough and we will work around it.

The right product for the surface and the exposure, not one brand for everything. Exterior stucco, interior trim, a kitchen cabinet and a garage floor each want a different primer and finish, and your written estimate names exactly what is going on your walls. If you have a brand you trust, tell us and we will work with it.
